The rules are never ready. We are.
A regulation lands. The date is fixed. The meaning is not.
Everyone else waits for the answer to settle.
We work in between.
Reference period — open
EU Directive 2023/970 measures pay data from 7 June to 31 December 2026. The first reports are filed in June 2027. The window is already open — and it is one deadline among many.
Before the guidance exists, before the national act passes, before anyone has a template. The text, read closely, and a position taken.
Not a template applied to a company. Obligations turned into data, data into evidence, drawn from whichever systems actually hold it.
A written, dated rationale that holds when the burden of proof lands on you. The filing is the easy part. This is the part that matters.
Every new regulation decomposes the same way: obligations into required data, data into required evidence, evidence into a file that survives scrutiny. The subject changes — pay, invoices, reporting, whatever arrives next — but the crossing is identical.
We read incoming rules early, take a documented position on what they require, and build the compliance process from a company's own systems. By the time official guidance arrives, our clients are the ones who never had to wait for it.
Deadlines don't negotiate. Neither does prepared.
What is your plan for June 2027?
